  • Only legally binding orders and inquiries should be made via this website.
  • not to place any fictitious or duplicitous orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we shall be permitted to revoke it and notify the appropriate authorities.
  • Please give us your exact and truthful email, postal, and/or other contact information. You also consent to us using this information, if necessary, to get in touch with you regarding your order.

  You cannot place an order with us if you do not provide us all the information we require.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

Orders are subject to product availability. Along these lines, we retain the right to give you information on comparable substitute products if there are issues with the supply of products or there are no longer any in stock. If you decide against ordering the replacement goods, we will refund any money you may have paid.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

  Although we will always try our best to fulfill every purchase, there may be unusual situations that compel us to decline to fulfill an order even after we have given the purchase Confirmation. We hold the right to do so whenever we want. We reserve the right to delete or edit any materials or content from this website at any time, as well as to remove or modify any products from it.

  Once we have sent the Order Confirmation, we are not responsible to you or any other party if we remove, change, or do not process any product, material, or content from our website.

Delivery:

 In addition to clause (3) above regarding product availability and exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to send your order, which includes the Product(s), by the date stated in the Delivery confirmation, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time frame, but no later than 30 days after the date of Order confirmation.

  Nevertheless, there can be delays due to things like unforeseen events or the delivery zone. 

For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” or “delivered” shall mean that you or a third person you designate receives physical possession of the goods, which will be proven by your signature on the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.

Price and Payment

  Despite our best efforts to ensure that the prices listed on the website are accurate, mistakes can happen. If we find a pricing problem for any of the items you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and give you the choice to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. The order will be deemed canceled and you will receive a full refund of all payments made if we are unable to get in touch with you.

Even if we have issued you the Shipping Confirmation, we are not required to give you any products at the incorrectly reduced price if the pricing error is clear-cut, noticeable, and should have been obvious to you.

  Prices listed on the website do not include delivery costs, duties, cesses and the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  The cost might change at any time.

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
  In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed (in case of COD) After the goods are returned.

RETURN / EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@gotodrip.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
  • If an order placed during a sale is not returned to us. 
  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s bank A/c.

CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:

  • If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will contact you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.
  • Once an order is cancelled, It cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.
  • Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, Please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.

REFUND – Terms and Conditions:

  • The refund will be initiated in your bank A/c by 7 working days from the date of your order is returned subject to passing the quality check.
  • Goto Drip may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles.
